Hi, I’m hina kalhoro

Hello, I am a certified life coach specializing in supporting caregivers of children with special needs, neurodivergence, medically complex conditions, and rare diseases. My journey over the past decade has led me to this career, and my approach is simple yet effective: providing caregivers with the tools, resources, motivation, and empowerment they need to navigate the unique challenges of parenting a child with special needs.

Having faced these hardships and emotional trials myself, I understand them on a deeply personal level. My ongoing experience ensures that I stay current with the latest resources and strategies, allowing me to offer practical and compassionate support to make your journey a little easier.

I hold a degree from the University of California, Irvine, and I live in Orange County with my husband, daughter, son, and cat. Beyond my work as a life coach, I am passionate about supporting nonprofits and advocating for children with disabilities. I also serve as a CHOC Children's Hospital ambassador, where I help raise funds to support their invaluable work.

I am currently a member of my city’s task force, organizing events to promote awareness about inclusion and diversity within the community. Additionally, I am a contributing writer for numerous blogs, where I love to write topics related to special needs parenting.

My goal is to make the journey of special needs parenting a bit easier and more fulfilling by offering the support and understanding that caregivers need and connecting them to the right resources.
